「A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your...

「The location is perfect for a day tour at Bilbao. Right next to the Guggenheim Museum within walking distance to the old city, other tourist spots and nice restaurants.」

「Clean rooms, spacious. Liked that it has a small open kitchen, and also a washing machine. Centrally located. Double glazed windows so it was quiet in the room too!」

「It is a very nice hotel. Well-equipped kitchen and a great gym. Conditioner and lotion is a plus. Having the codes on the doors was nice not having to carry a key or use QR codes. The location is excellent.」

「Excellent service, highly recommended.」

「Clean and centrally located hotel, yet quiet for a good night's sleep. Would stay again. The only thing I missed was a tea kettle, but no big deal.」

「The hotel room is nice, there are metro station and Euskotran station near the hotel, it is easy to access the old town and some famous attractions, like Guggenheim Museum.」
