Nice clean room. Problem with the shower which had great pressure but did not drain well and flooded the bathroom. Staff sent up extra towels as we used all of ours to mop up the water. Still not draining well on second day so ended up using the shower wand at a much Lowered pressure to avoid flooding the room. Breakfast was good and location excellent for exploring the old town and approximately a mile to the Guggenheim. Beware UBER fares fluctuated significantly when in demand increasing by over 300%. Check back every 15 minutes or so to get better rates to reach attractions that are farther away. Beautiful park across from hotel.

Liked the hotel. Staff were fantastic. Bit disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn’t open (only opens in the late spring through summer) and important to be aware that the hotel, whilst on the edge of the old town, can get some quite noisy people wandering by at all hours of the night

Great location with direct access to Old Town and business district. My room was facing the bridge and the park, providing amazing views. The family room was roomy and cosy. Très bien situé dans la vieille ville pour tout visiter, l'accueil très agréable des employés et tout du long du séjour. Mais très bruyant, les suites étant côté route et devant un carrefour. Il n'y a pas de piscine dans cet hôtel et le rooftop était fermé malgré le beau temps et les 20 degrés, dommage vu la catégorie et le prix. Petit déjeuner avec du choix, fruits coupés excellents mais une qualité moyenne des pains. Parking à 20 euros en plus par jour à 2 min a pied.

The hotel is in an excellent location - on the edge of old town, while still having access to car/taxi service right outside the door. The hotel lobby and room are decorated nicely with a modern, cool aesthetic. Unfortunately, the lower section of the shower needs better maintenance as the grout and caulking were moldy and the shower floor had a dingy appearance, such that I wore sandals to shower. But this was in stark contrast to the rest of the hotel which was very nice and well maintained.
