Small but all we needed, smart and stylish accommodation in lovely part of the old town. lots of bars and restaurants close by (we tried Gerrin - excellent modern twist on Basque trad. food). Great sleep on comfy bed - no traffic noise at all. And reasonable price. Planning to go back for a longer stay.

Euro Finals Bilbao 2025

Practical and great location. Walls are very thin so you hear everything going on around and people going in out of other rooms. Price was extreme at this time as it was the Euro Finals, but assume otherwise probably good value for money. Easy check in/out process. Would have loved a proper window with a view but it was fine. Large shower was a positive! I would have added a photo but my phone was stolen on the street by a pickpocket theif.

Fantastic location

Situated right in the centre of the old town and a short walk to the Casco Veijo Metro station. The room was not air conditioned but provided a fan and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was ok but I dislike hotels with macerator type toilets as they make way too much noise and the hotel will fine you 200 Euro if you block it by putting toilet paper in the toilet (Sign beside toilet) so be aware of this.

Ubicación perfecta!!

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva, perfecto para nosotros, situado en el casco antiguo, rodeado de comercios y restaurantes , lo único que no funcionaba el ascensor hasta la primera planta, supongo que es algo temporal así que no tiene mucha importancia, y por otro lado no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque hay ventiladores, por lo demás todo genial, No tengo queja ninguna.

Por un cobro extra, anularon mi código de entrada a mi habitación cuando simplemente pudieron debitar mi tarjeta de crédito. Nos dejaron en la calle sin poder ingresar al cuarto. Jamás había tenido esta pesadilla lo que me hace dudar si volvería a usar hoteles.com

Het hotel is zeer karaktervol en is eigenlijk een van de vijf dependances van het hotel in de wijk Casco Viejo. Met een code heb je toegang tot het gebouw en je kamer. Personeel zie je niet. Voor vragen en andere zaken heeft een van de dependances een lobby waar je terecht kan. Al met al een prima hotel.
