「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「The rooms and hotel are very clean and nicely decorated. There are beautiful art pieces and paintings throughout the hotel making it a beautiful background for selfies and family pics. The restaurants are very nice with delicious food, especially Joe Muers Restaurant! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional throughout our stay especially Jalen at the front desk, he checked on us everyday via text message to make sure we were happy with our room etc. We will definitely be back.」
