"The room wasn’t the cleanest, stains on the sheets and towels. There were holes in the wall from the door handle, I told the front desk about them and they said they already knew. The swing bar lock on my door was broken. Although the deadbolt worked, I was traveling alone and had asked the front desk if this could be fixed for safety reasons. The front desk lady brushed my concern off and told me I did not need to worry about it if the deadbolt worked. On my second day there, upon returning to the hotel I found my room door was left open by a worker. I had fresh towels in the room but my bed wasn’t made, so I assumed it was a staff member. I went to the front desk immediately as this is a major safety concern and the only thing they said was that the staff don’t make the beds everyday. I tried to express that wasn’t the issue, it was the door being left open but I was again brushed off. Would not recommend this place for anyone traveling alone or if you prioritize safety while traveling."
