「The room didn’t feel or look clean. There were long dark hair in the shower before I used it. The carpet had disgusting looking stains in it. It didn’t feel or look clean. The walls were dinged up and furniture scratched. Corners of the bathroom and room had lots of dirt built up and the room smelled terrible—like unkempt pets. I did bring my clean, well behaved dog. I couldn’t book a pet room online thru Expedia and when front desk staffed learned this when I checked in, they switched my room...
