"Driving up to the hotel, Commerce Drive could use paving. Parking was large, and was shared with the Bonanza restaurant that was attached. Checkin was done by a woman who was friendly and informative. The room and bed were comfortable. You could hear the person in the room above walking back and forth. They settled down about 11. The breakfast was what is expected, but the woman cleaning up was very attentive and kept the tables cleaned for the next people. When checking out, the man was sitting in a lobby chair reading his phone and couldn't be bothered getting up to go to the front desk and requested I just hand him the room key. He also had told a woman earlier who was trying to get coffee in the lobby that she'd have to go to the breakfast room beause he wasn't making any for there. I think he could use some customer service training."
