「Perfect overnight for our trip to Knoebels. About a 15 to 20 minute drive from the park. Staff was very friendly and helpful」

「Very first issue was rooms werent cleaned. Beer bottle still in the one. Bathrooms dirty. Rooms stank!!!. My step daughter bought 30 dollars worth of cleaning products to clean our rooms. Second... there were about 100 people partying outside of the hotel, from the hotel, drinking smoking weed doing burn outs in the parking lot. We complained to the front desk and were told nothing thry could do. My grandson went to walmart to get snacks and when he got back his room key didnt work. ...

「Poor Breakfast set up and limited furniture in the room left over garbage on the floor no cups in the room」

「Bed was comfortable. Room was clean but none of our 3 rooms had enough towels or pillows for the number of registered guests. Check in was efficient but not overly friendly.」

「The room didn’t feel or look clean. There were long dark hair in the shower before I used it. The carpet had disgusting looking stains in it. It didn’t feel or look clean. The walls were dinged up and furniture scratched. Corners of the bathroom and room had lots of dirt built up and the room smelled terrible—like unkempt pets. I did bring my clean, well behaved dog. I couldn’t book a pet room online thru Expedia and when front desk staffed learned this when I checked in, they switched my room...

「Feel Our family of four is very comfortable and convenient to park!」

「The property was impeccable! Every detail was thought of. There was free water bottles every day, an excellent breakfast served daily and 2 wonderful restaurants to chooses from! We would definitely return again!!」

「My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the variety at breakfast was great and we enjoyed the food. I have just one small thing that could improve. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was multiple pieces of hair on the floor from previous customers. This will not stop us from coming again. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.」

「Very clean room and very quiet」

「Check in and out were quick and friendly. We left before the breakfast so can't speak on that. If dogs have trouble with open back stairs or non carpeted stairs be sure to ask for a first floor room. Room seemed pretty quiet, but could easily hear noise from hallway. 」
