「My family, and I were moving, towing a U-Haul, and hit a deer. We made a reservation last minute at this property. They absolutely cannot have been more compassionate. The things they did to accommodate us were immeasurable and so meaningful, even offering us the opportunity to stay in the room longer at no additional fee. 「I selected this Best Western because it was rated the highest in the area and it did not let us down. It was very clean, the staffing was super friendly and helpful and overall just a great place to stay. Very convenient. The location however does not have much around it. We came in late at night so there was no food place avail unless you wanted drive thru McDonald or 7-11. But that is not their fault. Just don’t go hungry. We did not want to drive but a mile or 2 for food at that point. But...

「Everything about the hotel was great. I loved the fact the pool and hot tub were open 6am to midnight. Also, having a 12pm checkout is incredible. The room was perfect and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and very polite. The breakfast was great. Stay was so good that I booked another room already.」

「3rd time stayed here and great as usual. Would stay again. I rarely ever have issues with the hotels/motels themselves. It’s the other guests which are usually the issue with their lack of awareness to the noise they create. Or, in this case, the dog(s) they travel with that constantly bark when they leave them alone in the room. Not the dog’s fault, was probably anxious. This was in room right next to me so no way to cover that sound with anything else. Will just request next time to maybe not...

「Only complaint was tub and sink drained slow but after bringing to their attention they cleared the sink but tub was still slow. Otherwise place was very clean. 」
