This property was closed for renovations but Expedia booked me there anyway. Thankful for their staff who let me in so I could work out the issue. They gave me a bottle of water and were very helpful. I would definitely go back when they reopen.

The manager was fantastic, breakfast was fantastic we stayed first and last night of our week long vacation first room amazing perfect comfortable second room while ok there was a leak from room above our sink didn’t want to drain and there was a dog bone under bed skirt. Manager did cover up and fix drain immediately the hallway carpeting is really in need of an upgrade

Robbery by Comfort Suites Lewisburg PA

The Comfort Suites cancelled my pre-paid reservation with no reason. Refuse to give me back my money. It appears hotel is under construction, (when I passed thru July 27) then why did they accept my reservation? DO NOT DO A PRE-PAID reservation for this hotel. I had stayed there many times before. If they did this to others, they are really raking in $$$$$.

First floor was under renovation, so you can smell the Sheetrock dust and building materials. Took a while to check in- no one was at the counter. Pool and gym were closed. Sign said due to COVID front desk clerk said due to renovations. Web site did not tell me that. Privacy curtains/room darkening curtain did not close all the way. They were not made to close all the way. So we needed to change is the bathroom and woke up with the sun.

Amenities not as advertised.

We booked this hotel to have an indoor pool and gym access. Both are listed as amenities on the website. Neither are available. Gym is closed for COVID and pool closed for maintenance. Additionally, I felt overall that when there was a corner to cut, management took it. Very small shampoo and conditioner bottles for 4 people in the room, plastic silverware at breakfast was so flimsy it was extremely difficult to use the knife and spoon without them bending. BUT the room and hotel was clean and the breakfast, while not amazing, did have options for everyone.
