「We were caught off guard as we thought this was a typical hotel. It was run more like an air b&b. You get a code to the main entrance and your room. Our room was a bit difficult to find as we had to go down, then past a bar and the gym before entering another locked door to access our room. Our room was nicely decorated and clean, but we surprised by the waterbed. And the barn door that covers either the bathroom or the shower - and the glass shower didn’t have a door. 「This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here.」

「The room didn’t feel or look clean. There were long dark hair in the shower before I used it. The carpet had disgusting looking stains in it. It didn’t feel or look clean. The walls were dinged up and furniture scratched. Corners of the bathroom and room had lots of dirt built up and the room smelled terrible—like unkempt pets. I did bring my clean, well behaved dog. 「The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. The room was charming but could really benefit with some updated bedding - sort of like the bathroom - having the old charm of the house but updated elements. The room was stuffy but one call to...

「I really like how helpful the staff was. They were very pleasant to talk to, went out of their way to adjust our accommodation. The breakfast was great and they always offered water whenever they saw us coming through the front door.」

「The rooms were clean but we arrived in the evening and the amount of lights attracting bugs lead to a lot of bugs getting into the room. The stairwell to the 2nd floor also had a very overpowering cat or dog fecal smell.」
