Parking was easy and safe. The staff was excellent from check in to check out. I especially loved the complementary breakfast. It was the best I have ever had at a hotel!! The bathroom was very small but I believe they will be renovating soon.

We stayed here because of the history of the hotel. It is old and being renovated. The room we stayed in was nice, clean but a bit small. The bathroom was a shower only room and very small. A big plus is the breakfast buffet included in the price of the stay. Very extensive and good food and service. We visited to go to the Little League World Series and you still need to drive or take the bus to get to the complex. Located in the heart of Williamsport.

The hotel has so much potential and they charge you for that potential but inside it is a run like a best western or similar at best. Very average amenities and service. For a double room with 4 occupants, we were given 2 towels. Even on day 3 we had to go down and ask for 2 additional towels because room service will never leave more than 2. The room, bathroom, gym, pool are all very mediocre. Don’t book here thinking it’s a Hilton or Marriott.

Room smelled like a smoker’s room. The air conditioner kept going off and on every 5 mins even after we turned it up. On the other hand, the hotel’s breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in the hotels we’ve stayed at. The main waitress was very helpful and made you feel special. The cleaning lady was very nice and was made sure you had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The lounge was a great place to hang out. All the bartenders worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. We left the hotel feeling like we were leaving our good friends behind.

Currently doing a multimillion dollar renovation. Can't wait to see it brought back to original details. I love old hotels and this didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at a hotel. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

We couldn't have found a nicer place in the area to stay than the lovely, old Genetti Hotel. Even with some renovations in the beautiful lobby restoring the ceiling, we were impressed and didn't mind the construction (it was quiet). The hotel has an interesting history some of which can be found in photos lining the corridor walls. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were clean, charming and inviting. The buffet breakfast was a real hit with everyone in our group and the well-maintained pool iced the cake. I'm looking forward to going back when the lobby restoration is complete and the magnificent chandeliers get appreciated even more.
