「The Bar was fun and the food was really surprising good. The hotel was nice. The Staff Female check in person was incredible rude. The male staff attendant was nice. Bed was comfortable pillows were nice.」

「Everything went well. Our room smelled musty; but breakfast was good and the front desk staff were super nice and helpful.」

「My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...

「The room was clean but the property definitely needs some updates. It is not the Days inn Windham I was expecting from that name on a hotel. There was stains on the carpet. One was red. The plumbing was kind of falling apart. Caulking needed to be redone. Paint was chipping in the bathroom and our door did not fully shut. I would not recommend.」

「Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward.」

「Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...

「I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean when I arrived, the bathroom had a bad smell, and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful and took a long time to respond to simple requests. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the noise from the hallways made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience did not match the price, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.」
