Dirty, a/cs don’t work, infested with addicts. The property manager was great. If it wasn’t for him being a hard working professional, this would be a 1 star for all portions
Booked non smoking room verified at check-in room reeked like cigarettes burn holes in bed cover. Dirty. Mildew shower curtain.
Staff polite and helpful. Safe neighborhood.
Area is a little run down, but seemed safe. Check in person was very nice. Great value!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff here is so very nice and when i left key in room they were right there to open for me. Other locations around there are"snoity". This place is not the Ritz but it accompanied all my needs.
Close to 81, hard to find as no street signs, noisy heater fan, and irritating motion lights in bath, and living area. Fairly quiet area, and comfortable beds, room appeared clean.
The rooms are like decent for their for the price and the bedding was pretty bad though the top blanket like most most hotels or motels against you should be called they never wash the top blanket that's like every motel in the state that I know sheets do get washed so we just pulled the top blanket off and then buy a blanket at the store make the hotel room $180
Room was very big, mini fridge was big too. We struggled to figure out the shower, but apparently that was user error on our part being too gentle. TV was updated, parking and check in was easy and we were right where we wanted to be as far as walking distance from bars and restaurants.

Office very very small but Clerc very friendly and gentle . Coffee only available at 7:30 am too late for us. But the worst thing, guest above our room did noise with his luggage and walk with big boots
But the worst
We were threwn out after paying through sunday till monday. We were not refunded our money , i was called a n***** lover by the lady who runs the motel . They have a onsite drug dealer who will come knocking on your room door to see what he called "needed" anything. Rooms are way beyond nasty . Theyre contintal breakfast consists of q broken coffee machine and 2 lil muffins .
