It was ok, nothing special about this property. Conveniently located. Breakfast was not what we expected, ended up going to McDonalds. Will stay again if needed, as it was close to family.

We came in to a cheerful helpful person at check-in. Room very clean and bed comfortable.. left early and had no issues.. definitely will come again.

Took forever for a staff member to show up to check us in. We waited at least 5 minutes. But the staff were nice and helpful. Everything was clean but a little run down.

The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning.

Room was clean and neat. We had a "suite" and it was roomy and very clean. I do admit i was expecting a bit more from a 'suite', it had an island with a sink in it, microwave and fridge. Other than the island, the fridge and microwave are standard in most hotel rooms these days. It was great for a 1 night stay, near all sorts if shopping & restaurants and the staff was very friendly.

Worst part of the whole stay was that I woke up and my room was INFESTED with little ants. They weren’t there the night before. And I was on third floor so they didn’t come from under the door. It was bad. Other than that, the front desk guy the night I checked in was rude, could barely hear him as he mumbled, not a please or thank you to be found. The room was bare bone, not even a coffee maker. The bathroom didn’t even have hand soap! Next to the prison like sink was a bottle of lotion in the wall?! The bed and pillows were comfortable and location convenient but I would never stay here again. I did tell the front desk when I left about the ants and she didn’t seem surprised, just said oh sorry I’ll tell the manager, who I think was the guy there when I checked in so I’m pretty sure he won’t care
