「The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning. 」

「I checked out the same evening I checked in. I left and paid again for another hotel much cleaner and safer Losing my initial payment for this hotel. my room smelled of cigarettes, the bed sheets where dirty where I found hair on. I would like a refund for having to leave due to poor conditions. the door to the hallway had a shattered glass. my room was missing the door lock that secures the door from fully opening. it was unacceptable.」
