It was great location to be away from crowds, and it was very easy to get to all of the dinners and shopping. Would stay here again if we were in that area in the future.

The cleanliness of this place is beyond despair. There was human feces dried on the bottom of the legs of a chair and a table. I don't even know what to say about that. Every surface we had had to be retouched we rewiped it was disgusting. It was understaffed the maintenance man was doing the laundry for goodness sake it was awful awful awful. We did not get clean towels until 9:00 at night and we didn't get any wash rags it was awful. The person didn't show up to make the breakfast so breakfast was not served at 6:30 and we had a lot of hungry children. It was awful. Shame on the Holiday inn putting their name on this.
