"Property was easy to get to off the highway. Breakfast was gone in the 1st hour of being served on Friday morning. There were no eggs / waffle batter was empty. 2nd floor above our room was noisy/ loud thumps throughout the night-early hours. Unexpected fee for pet upon arrival ($25/per night)."

"Some confusion getting the kind of room we'd reserved online, but staff worked it out. Staff did their best to clean and dress up an aging property."

"Granted, it was very busy with all the rooms in the immediate area being snatched up by the Big Boy steam train event, but the inability to have a working phone in the room for a wake up call is unacceptable. Not everyone always has a cell phone or remembers to carry a charger with them when they travel. (or forgets and leaves it in airplane mode) A working phone in a hotel room and dependable wake up calls is not too much to ask when a guest is paying their money to stay there."
