I left some things on the balcony- kids favorite clothes and 3 floatie vests on the balcony and could not get anyone to look and see if they could hold the. For me or mail them to me (I know they were there). Called three times and no help or call back. Check in was not great. Would not allow a late checkout even by 30 minutes.」

「I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers...

「I liked it because it was clean. I didn't like it for several reasons. First I had a broken window that wouldn't hook locked. I reported it to the desk the first night. He didn't have the time or staff to fix it so I put wooden hangers to keep it from opening. The next morning I saw two maintenance men. One of the men took down my room number and said they would take care of it. It was still broken when I checked out. When I got in the shower and closed the curtain I realized it wouldn't stay...
