"Day shift front desk lady was to eager to leave. 5 o’clock hit and she was outta there. Even though I showed up we’ll before she put up her sign. She left a line of people for the poor night shift gal. She should of been a team player and stayed a few minutes extra to help her finish the line of people waiting. Gabe in housekeeping went the extra mile, as did Sherry our housekeeper. Nice folks. Fireplace didn’t work, jets on the tub didn’t work, wallpaper was peeling in the room a bit. Nothing dramatic. Pool was a little to cold, and not very handi accessible as my wife is in a wheelchair. You have to go outside to access it. Breakfast should stay open until ten. Otherwise a pleasant stay we will return. Staff was good. Room 102. One other thing, if you have a person in a wheel chair maybe put them closer to the front desk, not the very last room at the end of the hall. "

"This hotel is conveniently located near downtown Port Orchard and the room was clean, but we were disappointed that there wasn’t a crib available."

"The breakfast was food, but as many bugs and roaches that I found in the hotel I didn’t really want to eat any of it. The hotel charged me for incidentals when I know for a fact, I left my room clean. I feel like I got charged for incidental since I pointed out there was so many bugs in the hotel. I tried contacting corporate and they told me to talk to the hotel, but I feel like the hotel staff since they decided to charge me for the incidentals, why would they change their mind overall it was a great experience, even though I was just using it to stay for a few hours to get rest, but I’m definitely not using that hotel anymore in Bremerton, which is sad because it used to be a great hotel when I used to use it all the time for my Navy reserve weekends "

"Great room! Friendly staff and decent breakfast to fuel the day! Clean and comfortable beds. "

"Comfortable, clean and convenient. Off season pricing and fireplace were a plus. Only concern was there was only one chair in the room for two people with a king bed and no table for working on lap top etc."
