"The hotel location is good. It is close to metro and Pike Place Market. Lobby staff were nice and helpful. However, the room was older than we expected from photos... the shower water flow was weak. The phone didn't work well when we tried calling the desk. They provided minimum supplies. You need to ask the desk for tooth brush and kettle. We didn't expect there is no slippers available, which is very unfriendly for asian visitors like us."
