We had prepaid reservations for 6 rooms for friday and saturday nights. One of the people had car problems and did not get to the hotel until early morning and when he went to check in, they told him his reservation had been cancelled after 3am and would not let him check in, even tho the room was already prepaid for both nights. So he had to sleep in his car, but was able to talk to the manager the next day and get his room for saturday night. His room was prepaid for both nights so it should not have mattered what time her got there. We asked for refund for friday, but were told we would have to deal with expedia, since that is who we booked thru. What can be done, if anything?
