We were only there overnight due to an early flight and the TSA chaos. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. A few restaurants in the area. We walked to 13 Coins, which was fabulous. Breakfast the next morning had decent options and the whole family was happy and fed.

It was easy and super convenient to get to the airport at 430am on their shuttle. Appreciated the great restaurant called 13 coins almost right nextdoor with easy walking. It was delicious!

Staff was courteous, breakfast was simple, but good. They had apples for fruit, the variety of bagels, yogurt, and toppings for the yogurt. They had a machine with variety of juice, more like a quick grab and go kind of breakfast. The rooms were simple, everything seemed like from IKEA, especially the bedsheets and pillows. Overall, great location and very clean.

The Park by Hilton was nice and very clean. The room was spacious. Breakfast was well nice with good choices. The site is pet friendly. We reserved and paid for an accessible room with a roll-in shower, but they didn't have enough of the room type available when we checked in. Recommend if you are wheelchair bound that you contact the property prior at booking to verify room availability.

WALK to this hotel, instead of waiting for the shuttle. From the airport, follow the signs to "airporters" or the international gate. Go out that door and walk to the right down the sidewalk and across the street. The hotel will be right in front of you. Since the shuttle runs on the hour and half hour, we ending up waiting for at least a half an hour for the shuttle. Once we discovered how close to the airport Spark is located, we walked when we returned to the airport. It took less than 10 minutes!! The room was clean and huge! Very comfortable and we had a great night of sleep. Perfect hotel for a before or after flights.

The shuttle was 45 mins late with no apology. The general manger was rude at check in. He lacked emotional self control and wanted to engage in an argument however I chose not to speak and just check in. After checking in and walking away with my wife he tried one more time to engage with a passive aggressive attitude. When I didn’t, he said “oh no you are not staying here with that attitude” and cancelled our reservation. Absolutely unbelievable lack of pose, self control and leadership.

Room was awesome and locale was great but...

I booked this room so I would be close to the airport since I had an early take off. I can start by saying the room itself was huge and they used Bath & Body Works toiletries which was nice. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. I got to my room and it was 80 degrees (the thermostat was set that high). I lowered the thermostat and went out for dinner for a few hours, came back and it was still sweltering hot. I opened a window and the room took all night to cool down. Since I was only staying 1 night and I was running late I didn't get a chance to let staff know my dissatisfaction.
