「The carpet in our room was wet and it made the bedding damp. They did not tell us. We didn’t realize this until we were completely unpacked and took our shoes off so our socks were soaked. The long bare hallway in the basement leading to the pool was so disturbing my granddaughter wouldn’t go swimming. There was no restaurant on site as advertised; however, they did have a breakfast buffet.
The only highlight were the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.」

「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「Few years ago we stayed at the inn and got really nice room. This time we stayed at the inn and got very uncomfortable room. There was only one chair to sit even though there were two of us. And they had a little table/setae that was so uncomfortable. So the only place to sit and relax was bed and that made the stay not very enjoyable. There were several thing that were broken in the room too. One of them is closed door. The other was window shutters.」
