"The young man at the reception was extremely polite and helpful (Farid). The check in and out were both quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I have was the heat/AC. We could not turn the fan off and it was very, very loud. We finally found a way to manually turn it off by looking under the unit and finding the switch so that we can get some sleep. "

"In Pittsburgh downtown, right next to the river. The only tricky part is about the parking. You need to arrive on Grant -> Fort Pitt Blvd instead of following GPS which is very confusing. I did valet parking and they are very fast: 5 minutes waiting tops. Everything is within walking distance. They say Pittsburgh has very good public transportation system. Next time I am going to try. Also, the drive to Niagara Falls is doable for an one-day trip if weather is good. "

"Has sort of an 90’s throwback vibe, but for the price and the location, it is great. Near great restaurants and cheap cab rides to other neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. "The rooms were very clean. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We didn't use the pool. The fitness room looked well maintained. I noticed there were washers and dryers on some of the floors, which was a great addition and you don't see everywhere. Proximity to the baseball field can't be beat!
