"Perfect location in the heart of downtown Chicago, everything is a walking distance, shops, river walk, restaurants. Love that they allow pets. Our little doggie also had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful city. Bed is so comfortable so are the pillows. Staffs are so nice and welcoming which is a big plus. Thank you "

"Got a great upgrade to the wellness room. The bathrooms are large and spacious. Mattress is on the softer side and the gym is small but has what you need. The staff is friendly as well. The best thing about this hotel is the location and I would stay here again! "

"Everything was as it should be during our stay. The room and the bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, there was one significant issue: the toilet was positioned very low to the ground. It was quite uncomfortable and difficult to use, especially in the mornings, because it felt way too close to the floor. Other than this specific plumbing/design issue, the hotel was fine"
