「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」

Dommage qu’il y ait peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (pas de cafetière ni bouilloire, comme prévu uniquement deux tabourets, bien que chambre pour quatre personnes…). I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).」

「Never book this hotel!! It doesn’t exist and I wonder why Hotels.com haven’t removed it from their site. We had booked 8 nights and when we arrived we were told by the receptionist about this. Since it was prepaid we had to use three hours over phone explaining this to hotels.com before they were convinced and provided us a similar hotel.」
