The bed was very hard and if you want quiet this is not the place . The check in agents (not the security they were great ) the actual hotel agents were both VERY rude and not helpful at all .

Do not stay here

Was 90 degrees in New York and the air conditioner was broken. Was like a sauna in there. The roof was also leaking and making an annoying drip sound every 5 seconds. Impossible for my family to sleep under those conditions. The “reception” room was in a closet and had a long line for check in. They charged a $100 cash only security deposit and have yet to refund it even though we were barely in the room. Guessing I’m never going to see that $100. We were supposed to stop by to get it during checkout but there was no one in the closet and we had to leave to catch a flight. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the only negative review I’ve ever left.

The worst possible experience!

It was a terrible stay even in every possible way. We booked it way in advance for a family trip because we thought it would be a good choice for a family as it offered a small kitchen. We tried cancelling it with about a months notice and it was not allowed. When we got there it was dirty, it smelled bad, linens were dirty and just terrible overall. We booked for 3 nights and slept there the first night but It was so bad we decided to book a hotel and not sleep there and just use it as storage for luggage. The night we slept there if felt like a college dorm with noice all night long, people coming in and out at all hours. To finish things off the check out was at 10am. Its the first time Ive seen a 10am checkout in my life. But they offered later checkout for additional price. It seemed they wanted to make an extra $10 on everything they could without worry of how bad the experience was. So when I arrived at 10:30 from the other hotel which was a marriot that cost less and was 1,000 times better to pick up my things I paid a late check out fee. Just overall a terrible terrible experience.

Expérience catastrophique. Mise à part que les photos sont identiques l’environnement (hôtel, couloirs) reste vétuste. En étant dans un appartement le bruit des autres vous empêche de dormir car les murs sont très fin. Manque de matériels dans la cuisine. Une table plus que minuscule pour 5 personnes ou l’on ne peut manger qu’à 2. C’est un hôtel pour faire de l’argent et non pour le confort. Je ne recommande pas du tout le Macy’s empire.

bien placé métro à coté ,nous avions pris un appartement avec fenêtre en angle donc très lumineux ,mais aussi très bruyant...mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour au Macy.
