"Good value "

"Nice clean, big suite. The parking being $45 a day for being a guest and paying 1800 before any parking or additional daily fees for 4 nights.. a little frustrating. Big suite and amazing view. Have blackout curtains for big doors but not for window that the sun actually rises in. No kitchen supplies.. big counter and fridge but no utensils or supplies to use, no welcome gifts for getting the best room. Coffee creamer packets appeared to be expired and crusty, lack of maintenance it seems… holes in screen door, big openings where AC can allow in bugs. If some things were fixed we may go back but the additional fees and parking were quite outrageous for a non 5-star hotel and experience. Once again can’t beat the views and beach access but definitely some things to work on for future customers. I don’t think it was worth $2,300 for 4 nights with the additional costs, maybe some discounts would have been appreciated for us planning ahead and choosing that location. "

"My husband I were in a bind and had to book last minute. Our original room was tarnished by a previous guest so Sandra took it upon herself to rebook us in an even better room. She worked with our third party to get us a discount when our amenities were ruined and she saved our family’s Easter vacation. She is exceptional at her job! We will definitely be making this our regular stay when we return to Anaheim. "

"This Inn is wonderful and I loved my studio. What I don't like about staying here is the check in is at 4:00 pm and the studio rooms are NEVER ready on time. So you are paying for a room that you don't enter until 4:30 pm if you are lucky! And have to check out before 10 am. Not even 24hours. The miscommunication between the front desk and house keeping needs to be fixed. "

"We originally got a room with a bay view but did not have a bay view at all. We had a view of the ceiling with dirty, still water. We called the front desk to ask if any other rooms were available. We ended up paying more for a room in another building. We had to move all our items over ourselves. "
