「Immediately after checking in, we went to the room. I don’t know how else to describe the room other than it was filthy, disgusting and smelled. The tub was so heavily stained brown with a filthy shower curtain and the soap tray was a disgusting mess. The headboard above one of the beds was so so dirty, stained and had initials carved into it. The smell of the room…..disgusting. 「My room was FILTHY. Toothpaste on the mirror from previous guest. Nose hair or beared hair all over the sink in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the TV area and just awful; I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean the room before staying there. The only thing good was the woman in the breakfast area doing the food. The food was not good but she was lovely and accommodating. For this type of chain clean it up. WON'T stay again.」

「Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. 」
