"Property was obstructed in general by trees. Property located in a very congested neighborhood. We were not able to access the property because the property manager claimed that we were at the wrong building and that was why we couldn’t access it. However, I sent them the confirmation email that specifically had the address that we were at. My 81 year old mother was with me and was not feeling well. I needed to get her into a place and in bed. We wasted time going back and forth with the property manager with no help. Ultimately we left the property and rented another property so that my mom could rest before our flight home "
