"the place was terrible and nothing like the pictures. they didn’t even properly clean the floors. dead bugs in the corners, behind the toilet, under the bed, dust and dirt everywhere, etc. it was disgusting. even after housekeeping came again they did not clean it. also so much stuff is broken. the couch is barely holding on by a piece of wood. the left door of cabinet with the wifi router is broken. the pots and pans are old and not even usable. other than that, we had to deal with waking up every single day earlier than we wanted to because the housekeeping lady would not stop screaming while she is outside. for some reason whoever decided to design this building put the bedrooms right next to the main walkway and there are barely any solid windows other than a few pieces of glass panels and a screen. so also whenever any neighbors would pass by, we would wake up. we would hear loud noises from everyone at all times during the day. if you want to come here be prepared for a disgusting environment and the inability to sleep or even just rest because of all the noise."

"Perfect place to stay in Puerto Rico if you want to be close to the airport. A great amenity they offer is that you get a free beach chair and umbrella with a towel within a five minute walk from the hotel beautiful beach"

"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."
