"It was definitely attempted to be clean and updated. But there was a smell in the room and outside there were spiderwebs etc...the view was amazing but the neighbors and parking lot was constantly noisy and unsafe late into the night. The breakfast was decent and the cost affordable but probably won't return."

"The front desk agent was LOVELY and very kind and accommodating. The first room we got in was very dirty and did not smell good. I asked for a different room and the front desk agent quickly reassigned us and that room was much cleaner. Still a bit of a weird smell. Pillows were not good, so would recommend bringing your own. Very nice staff, less good for cleanliness and accommodations."

"I booked this online last minute at 9 pm after a long day and deciding I just couldn't stay at a dark, dank smelly hotel I had booked and prepaid for. It had been a long, tiring day physically and emotionally which was made much worse by the bait and switch of another hotel. Best Western in Edmonds saved me and completely turned my visit around. The receptionist on duty got me quickly checked in, was so nice and welcoming, gave me a goodie bag. I felt so cared for. The room was clean, smelled great, had super comfortable beds with soft linens. I didn't take advantage of the included breakfast, but would have if I didn't have plans already. I highly recommend this hotel - would 100% stay here again. Great value for the money."

"Room was adequate. Unknown extra $25 charge on my credit card. When you walk in, a very STRONG cloyingly sweet air freshener smell (not too bad in the room). I realized during my stay it's because it's trying to hide a very, very funky underlying smell. Also, my room was across from the shared bathrooms, big mistake. Why do people slam doors at 1:00 am? Good enough due to proximity to the event venue. Expect to be woken up early and late by the noise."
