"I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Mayflower. I'm a frequent traveler to Seattle, but my first time staying at this hotel. Friendly customer service, clean property throughout, comfortable and quiet room. Both on-site restaurants were also great, for food and drinks. Conveniently located, a close walk to Pike Street Market and many other shops/restaurants. I'll definitely be staying at the Mayflower again!"

"Dining in this area was an issue. They did not disclose the over $500 incidentals charge prior to stay….that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Gym access could have been better and 24 hrs. "

"Parking is expensive but to be expected for area. Room was very nice but it looked like someone had thrown up in toilet area and they missed cleaning walls. Arrived later than planned so we did not get to experience the amenities and beautiful lake view as initially planned. Will definitely return if in area. "
