The room was clean the staff was wonderful even upgraded us at no charge gave us breakfast past the 9:00 hour always had hot fresh coffee available loved the security gate the room was convenient on the bottom floor no issue with noise or any other problems was very happy with our stay we will definitely book this place again thank you so much for your kind hospitality we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful weekend in Seattle

Decent place, parking spots were tiny but adequate. Like the security gate that limited exposure to the "locals" that this neighborhood has (not the best in Seattle). Staff helpful and nice. Needs a little more work, but for the value good.

Staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the main hallway was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The elevator area smelt like marijuana. The parking lot is well lit up, but the area the hotel is located in is not the safest.

It was great. We got the hot tub room and it was wonderful for our anniversary of 14 years. There's a cute bar near by called the hidden door. If you are looking just for a staycation with a romantic hot tub and a cute bar to go to... Highly recommend!

Good service with fine breakfast. Only negative was that our room adjoined the elevator and the elevator door made a rumbling sound in the room making it difficult to sleep.

Nice place to stay.

Staying at the Americas INN at Shoreline Washington is close by the places I visited, like Bruce and Brandon Lee's Grave, Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the bike trails: Interurban trail and Burke-Gilman trail. Also, not far if a drive to Bellevue and Bothell. Not too far to Costco, Safeway, Walgreens as well. As far as my room goes, it's pretty clean, except for some bugs lingering in the shower. Just need a place to sleep and shower without breaking the bank. Americas INN fits the bill.
