The room was clean and bed comfy. Everything else was terrible. Broken faucet, sink, lamp. No cups for coffee. No staff except front desk who was masked.

This is a situation of, “you get what you pay for.” Affordable and convenient for why we were in the area. The rooms were decent, simple, and clean. The hotel was located in a pretty “ghetto” part of town but had lots of food and shopping options. Breakfast was included but you would honestly never know it was an option because the food was almost non existent. No one was waiting at the front desk, ever unless you rang for them. Like I said, it’s a place to lay your head for the night but nothing special.

Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The issue we had was the card key didn’t work and we waited for someone to come fix it but no one came. The front desk girl changed us room. The facility didn’t look like as well as in the pictures. It needs a bit more cleaning and updating. There was no remote in our room.

Asked to be moved from first room due to unpleasant musty odor, opened the window, however, the window did not have a screen and we were on the first floor, anyone could have stepped through our window. The room was in poor condition.. very used and abused. Our second room was on the third floor and was better, bed was comfortable. Floor was dirty and bathtub was questionable. Staff on site was pleasant and helpful.

Rooms are dirty. It didn’t look like it was cleaned much, floors were sticky… guests before us left a bunch of lash clusters on the chair & I guess the cleaners didn’t see it when “cleaning” the room. Floor was so gross I ended up wetting a towel & “mopping” the floor & it was disgustingly dirty. Then I took Lysol wipes to wipe the floor as well. It helped the stickiness a little. Dirt all accumulated along the baseboards & small nooks of the room. Whole building has a musty dusty smell as soon as you go in. Parking lot had trash all over the place as well. Upon booking, microwave was advertised but we did not have one in our room. My brother who had a room booked next to us had one, but he had roaches in his room. I also noticed the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. It was just sandwiched between two flat sheets. “Breakfast” was just some slices of bread & some packaged mini muffins. The few things that weren’t bad were the water pressure & temperature were pretty good. I love a hot shower & it got HOT… the bed was comfortable, LOOKED relatively clean. Didn’t have a problem w WiFi either.

The room was overall fine and effort made to make it look nice. The lobby is questionable and the area doesn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t stay again. Front desk guy was very nice. No amenities close by.

It was ok for an overnight..

Door lock didnt work, elevator smelt of cigarette smoke every time we got in it. There wasn't a coffee machine in the room or a dresser. But the room was clean and everything worked. People in the area were a little sketchy too.

The night attendent was vary helpful and kind, thank you so much for your help. The door for our room was "particular" as I needed to use the key card pull the door in and the handle down at the same time or your standing in the hallway trying to get in your room. There is a $100.00 deposit on top of the amount due for the time stayed which we didn't get back (even though I feel as we should have). Hardwood floors, decent bed an pillows but there was some cleanliness issue as my fiancé said there was a smug of pet poo on the floor when we got there. Also, unfortunately the hallway had a very off putting smell that stank up the hallway and some what into the room.

Parking lot was sketchy & felt unsafe. Front desk was make-shift. Hallway smelled musty. Room was clean enough to stay. Staff was pleasant. Police were called in the morning. For pet friendly, there was no place for puppy to potty safely. Will not stay there again.

Not much to like, except the price. Also location was convenient for this trip. Otherwise, room and property condition was very poor. Room was very dirty. Area outside has people hanging around late at night/early morning. Staff was courteous but the check in location is not really what you would call a front desk. Would not stay there again given the choise.
