"Staff was friendly and helpful. We were in a corner room. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Toilet was very tight and slightly awkward to use, but really our only complaint. Food options downstairs were very tasty. Walked to hotel from train line. It was a very steep incline especially with luggage. So if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage may want to consider Uber/Lyft. Need to use stairs to access elevator."

"The hotel was very nice and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel bar could use a little help with their bar food. The menu was very limited and what we ordered was not very good. The bar also didn’t have beer on tap, only bottles. Staff were nice. The Starbucks downstairs also came in very handy. Overall, we would give it a rating of an 8.5 out of 10."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Arctic Club Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, historic, and full of character. Our room was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. Unfortunately, the surrounding area was a major downside. There were a significant number of homeless people in the streets around the hotel, which made walking in the neighborhood uncomfortable at times, especially in the evening. This is certainly not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect our overall experience and is something future guests should be aware of when choosing this location. Overall, the Arctic Club is a lovely hotel with great service and accommodations, but the surrounding neighborhood leaves something to be desired."

"Stayed 2 nights for a concert I came to see at Climate Pledge Arena. Very nice and clean place, and super helpful staff. Arrived on an early flight and was allowed to check in early. Next time I'mback for another concert I'll try and book here!"
