"Arguably one of the best hotels to stay at in Banff for the average traveller. The reception is warm and inviting, checking in is easy and the parking is well thought out. The hotel has a specacular rooftop hottub with lots of room and the view is spectacular. Heated floors, a wonderful sauna and a well appointed fitness room round out the amenities that I have experienced. The rooms are great and the pour-over coffee provided in the room adds to the warmth the rest of the hotel brings. I stay here as often as I can"

They even suggested a restaurant right across the street, which turned out to be delicious and so convenient since we could just walk instead of driving. "The room was very clean and staffs were very friendly. The most impressive part was the tv was smart tv which it’s very hard to find in Banff when you stay. The bed was very comfortable and underground parking was very well maintained. There is IGA grocery store right beside of the hotel so very convenient. "
