"There is a $ 50-a-night resort fee and $200 for incidentals that have to be paid when you arrive at the hotel. I didn't know this and wasn't very prepared. It may have been a small print I missed. The hotel isn't fancy but clean and quiet. It is part of Rooster Row, meaning you can use the amenities at the Gates, Hilton, and Mariott. The hotel is located in New Town. They have a roundtrip shuttle to Old Town for $5 a person. Runs on the hour. The shuttle is a 15-minute ride. The shuttle ticket you can use to get a free drink at the Gates pool bar before you use the shuttle. The above are some of the things I didn't know before I arrived. I like that the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. I would stay here again. All the staff at the pool bars were so nice. The front reception staff were nice, but I wish they told me all I stated above."

"The location was great - immediately accessible to many of the important sites. Regretfully, parking at the hotel was a significant problem. (We had stayed at the hotel previously and it was a problem then also.) The staff was very friendly. We'd like to especially commend and thank Julian Barrow, the Front Office Manager, and Dan the waiter at the Four Flamingos. Both were very professional but also very cordial and helpful. Also, Angie at the poolside bar was very pleasant and our housekeeper did a great job."
