"El hotel es precioso y la atención y los servicios realmente buenos, la ubicación inmejorable. Sin embargo es importante resaltar que no tiene la “estructura” de un hotel, las “mansiones” son casas sobre la calle de forma que cuando haces el check in tienes que salir a la calle y caminar unos 8 minutos y estás tú solo, al principio es desconcertante, al final no es un tema porque son calles del centro cerradas donde hay mucha seguridad y no hay paso a los autos entonces es muy tranquilo y te acostumbras a moverte hacia el restaurante, la recepción, etc y la comodidad de las habitaciones y la decoración que es preciosa hace que valga la pena."

First time in Istanbul and I highly recommend this hotel only because of the staff. The rooms needs a little bit renovation. Everything else the view from the ninth floor is amazing. "Read the reviews and decided I’d book. The room wasn’t the cheapest and I was disappointed with its size. It was very squashed so dread to think what the smaller rooms were like. Breakfast wasn’t great but served a purpose. No recognition of my 50th birthday even though on the booking. Just little things that could have gone a long way."
