「Clean and quiet. In need of some refurbishment but overall a cheap hotel and great value for money」

「I did not use restaurant. Although i did use Latte coffee machine 👌. Room was comfortable, bed extremely so👌. All room facilities were great. Staff very friendly & helpful. As a solo traveler i felt safe. Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops. 」

「We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. 」

「Good communication for check in, easy and faster Secure location, the room was big and clean, everything ok with small exceptions, just half or role of toilet paper and left side bed lamp missing switch Easy check out, thanks for everything 」

「Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. 」

「The bathroom was very dated. It looked like a nursing home. The flooring was extremely old. The bed was too low. Only one bath towel for 2 people. It was definitely not up to standard for a Hub. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. But this hotel needs serious renovations. 」

「Great little find this. After being let down last minute for a room elsewhere. I booked a room less than 24 hours before. I was contacted to arrange check in and the host was very welcoming and informative. Very spacious en suite room as well for the price, with tea and coffee and a smart TV as well. Thank you」

「Their service is great an warm. The receptionists gave us wise advices during snowstorm while showing care of us. The location is so convenience which allows us to drive there safely. We will definietly stay in this hotel in our next visit」
