Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Cheap, clean, warm, quiet, spacious, good shower, comfy bed, good communication, easy to book. Thanks.
The room was large and spacious, it was also incredibly conveniently located on the ground floor for us.
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Would definitely book here again if we are in the area.
We stayed as we had to be close to the hospital, which is in walking distance.
Would stay again for a short break or holiday.
Thank you to the staff you were very kind.
The location of isuites is idea & easily accessible from the motorway. Room was immaculately clean & well presented & had everything you could possibly need (including a fridge, worktop & sink area) ... Would definetly stay there again 😁
Stayed here for a local night out , from check in to check out was great ,the host's were very polite and helpful .We had a twin/double room with ensuite , everything was spotless .Would recommend .
The hotel was extremely convenient to Newcastle town center, the room and property were exactly as described extremely clean and host was extremely cooperative. Recommended.
Great little find, cheap and easy to access. Stayed here for 1 night while working and visiting family. Arrived late and Kevin texted me the details regarding self check-in.
Clean, comfortable and the coffee is greatly appreciated.
Only downside is the bathroom being so far away but considering I was there less than 12 hours I can't really argue.
I will be staying here again.
Multi storey property located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Our friendly hostess came to the peoperty within a few minutes of arrival to let me in. Gave me indo on keys and access, then showed me communal kitchen with tea and coffee plus cooking equipment. I was then shown the seperate but reserved toilet /shower for my room then just a few steps and about 10m away my single room. It was small as expected and with limited facilties but more than adequate for the outlay. I enjoyed a comfortable quiet nights sleep and made use of the coffee before departure the next morning. Recommended basic clean accommodation.

Lovely secure property with all anemities accounted for. Kevin met me at the door to go through some details and answer any questions I had, he also kindly upgraded my room for the night! Room was spacious and spotless with microwave, mini fridge and great power shower. A folder was also provided which had useful info about the hotel and the local area. Will definitely be staying here again, thanks Kevin!
The cleanliness was actually amazing for the type of property, cleaner that the big chain hotels I usually stay with.
Comfortable, reasonably quiet (I was on the ground floor) & very comfortable. I had access to excellent kitchen facilities & a private shower room which was again very clean compared to most big chain hotels I've stayed at.
One thing was that the heating went off over night & I woke up pretty cold but I guess as winter gets closer they'll keep it on longer.... I would stay again if I am ever in the area.

Could be better
This place was as average as it gets. Perfectly fine for a place to rest your head for the night, no glaring issues, but no frills either.
Our room was on the top floor and was a pain to lug our 20+kg suitcases up, that aside, the room had plenty of storage and the bathroom was as big as the bedroom, if not bigger, but was spartan.
This place could easily be improved with a few little quality of life improvements, e.g. the shower gel was just in a bottle on the floor of the shower, a wall mounted dispenser would be a nice/cheap upgrade; similarly, the hand soap at the vanity was in a bottle with a squeeze top, meaning you had to pick it up and turn it upside down each time to use it, a bottle with a pump lid is an obvious choice. The bathroom could have also benefited from a couple of hooks for hanging towels or toiletry bags.
The towels were thin and tiny, again, spending a few dollars on some new bath sheets would have made the stay more comfortable and luxurious feeling.
The water pressure was okay, but the shower had a strange hot water system mounted on the wall that I’d never seen before and I could only get luke warm or scolding hot water out of it.
The bed also wasn’t great, good enough to get to sleep in, but the mattress was noticeably thin.
A few more coat hangers and maybe a wall charger with some USB ports and this place would gain an extra star.
Location was pretty good and was also able to park our car out front on the street. Bar fridge worked well.
