「Clean, quiet and helpful staff」

「The evening receptionist was lovely, friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable, the en suite was clean, there was a portable heater when it got a little cold at night. On the first night of my stay the single room I was given did not have a kettle so the receptionist changed it for a room with a kettle at no extra charge to me.」

「Stayed here as an overnight stop after visiting friends in Market Drayton, very impressed, every aspect of our stay was perfect. Our room had been recently redecorated and was in pristine condition, good and comfortable bed, bathroom a little on the small side but perfectly fine. Nice, quiet countryside location, set in lovely grounds in a historic house in which Garibaldi stayed during his visit to Britain. Evening meal was very good, prices very reasonable; breakfast was lovely, excellent...

「Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. 」
