「No food available on site,no cameras switched on for car park safety,crack in bathroom sink with units tired . All furniture tired and old. Tv we’re old and small.coat hangers missing and damaged. Very noisy residents made it hard to sleep 」

「Pleasant room, albeit quite dated and rough around the edges. No thrills, but clean, warm and basic amenities like tea, coffee, shampoo. Restaurant attached for breakfast, drinks and meals -> can also order room service from the full Hungry Horse menu which sounds useful, although we didn't use this」

It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. There is single parking lot infront of the house, but there are other parking lots walking distance from the house, for free. There is...

「Although the hotel would benefit from some updating it was really clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and an evening meal plus bar drinks and it was extremely good value for money. The meals were all home cooked and delicious.」

「I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process」

「First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.」
