The hotel has had a complete refit - in fact I was speaking to a hotel maintenance employee, he said that the floor I was staying on had quite literally had a refit the previous week! Good value for money, and literally next door to Stoke on Trent railway station (It's the old station hotel) I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The bathroom was very dated. It looked like a nursing home. The flooring was extremely old. The bed was too low. Only one bath towel for 2 people. It was definitely not up to standard for a Hub. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. But this hotel needs serious renovations. "
