"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. "The staff were all lovely,the breakfast was delicious too,lots of choice,the room was really nice ,but the bed was awful,we both found it so uncomfortable ,the premier inn bed is so much more comfortable and bigger,plus the quilt was very small for the bed,the bathroom was lovely and clean,and the shower was good for me been upright,the pressure wasnt very good though,apart from the bed ,everything was really nice,we enjoyed our stay,and all the staff,checkin and breakfast restaurant staff were really nice too"

"Review Title: Exceptionally Clean, Convenient, and Perfectly Located I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke-on-Trent and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout, from the lobby to the rooms, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Parking was easy and hassle-free, with plenty of space available, which is a huge plus when traveling. The location is another highlight — there’s lots to do within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it ideal for both leisure and business stays. Overall, this hotel combines Hilton’s signature comfort with unbeatable convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Stoke-on-Trent."

"Real easy freindly check in. Rooms are clean and adequately appointed. It was a spacious double room, with generous size bathroom with bath tub. Its nice to have iron, ironing board, trouser press, hairdryer and fan. Unfortunately the pillows are a bit inadequate. Provided with 3 very flat, very warn pillows for a double room for two people. We put up with this as it'd been a long day and couldn't be bothered to go to reception. Im sure they would have sorted thisbout if we'd asked. Also the shower (which mixer looks to have been recently replaced) was very temperamental. Basically a lot of fiddling to get a usable temperature, the finest adjustment being either very cold or scolding hot. Overall for a 2 star hotel at the price we paid a reasonable stay and somewhere we would stay again for affordable hassle free accommodation. "

"Absolutely shocking. Stunk off Stale Curry and Urine. Nothing maintained, dangerous electricals, bed linen unwashed and no covers on the yellow/brown pillows and quilts. Food still in the sink, urine in the toilet and a huge wet patch in one of the rooms carpets. There were only room to sleep 3 even though there were 4 of us that we had booked so had to arrange alternative accommodation and no refund accepted from the landlord even though he agreed it while we were at the property. I wish i could upload photos and videos for all to see."

"I did not use restaurant. Although i did use Latte coffee machine 👌. Room was comfortable, bed extremely so👌. All room facilities were great. Staff very friendly & helpful. As a solo traveler i felt safe. Parking the only issue due to its proximity to Trentham Garden, restaurants & shops. People openly parking in hotel parking spaces & walking over to the shops. "
