「All staff we had any interaction with were very helpful and friendly 」

「We felt that the hotel offered very good value for money for a short few hour stay on route to our destination. It is true to say the hotel was full of charcter and one could easily imagine how beautiful it was in its heyday.... however time has clearly taken its toll. It seemed to have a variety of characters staying there..... Certainly one may feel vulnerable in the sirrounding area.... but the car park was close and included in the cost of the room. We have no complaints whatsoever. ...

「The staff were all lovely,the breakfast was delicious too,lots of choice,the room was really nice ,but the bed was awful,we both found it so uncomfortable ,the premier inn bed is so much more comfortable and bigger,plus the quilt was very small for the bed,the bathroom was lovely and clean,and the shower was good for me been upright,the pressure wasnt very good though,apart from the bed ,everything was really nice,we enjoyed our stay,and all the staff,checkin and breakfast restaurant staff were...
