"Everyone at this hotel was exceptional!!! From our checking front desk Kristen, to our late night front desk gentleman to the the security guard on duty that night. They all helped us navigate the weather channels to watch when the storm was hitting the area. I felt welcomed from the moment I came into the hotel. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the city. Thank you for my first visit to Greensboro and NCAT! "

"The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Upon check in they let us know that they serve breakfast from 6:30-10, and have a happy hour with popcorn and drinks from 5-6 and serve a free meal from 5:30-7. Each guest gets two free alcoholic beverages per night, there are soda machine and free coffee. This was a really pleasant experience with clean rooms and daily housekeeping which is practically unheard of since Covid. I highly recommend a stay here. If you are traveling with a family, the free dinner alone can save you $100 a night. "

"Stayed here before so it was what i was expecting, only issue I have is the bath tub has slanted bottom and could cause a balance issue? Very Nice Staff!!!!"

"The room was nice/clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. It's also close to most stuff (the zoo, restaurants, etc) which is great. Overall, great quality for what I paid."
