「Beautiful hotel in spotless condition right on campus. And all profits go towards scholarships. 」

「The hotel is beautiful but the staff leaves much to be desired. We got 2 rooms for 6 nights, spent money at the restaurant, overnight parking, room service, and yet they refused to ship a small item we left behind (housekeeping took it by mistake) unless we paid a $25 shipping fee. I’m disappointed by their poor customer service at the front desk. All other staff was good.」

「We did not get the room that we booked through expedia. I can't get any money back for my suite that we booked because we went through a 3rd party. Now, I have to got back to expedia to dispute this because it was their fault. They booked a room that wasn't even available. We didn't know until we got to the hotel. We had to pay for a second room so the others could have room to sleep. They did give us a little discount but still not enough to make up for the amount we spent on the riverview...
