Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge

Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge

10/10 Excellent
"The location was excellent if you want to be closer to Harvard and/or MIT. Literally next door to MIT. The hotel room was clean and beds made each day. However... I did notice that the trash was not removed and the bathroom things (like black towel for make up were not replaced. But the room was cleaned and beds made up (Sheets not "changed" but bed definitely made. On the first night we were at the restaurant and the staff was standing around talking to each other... The seating hostess looked like she didn't know what she was doing (maybe she was training???) and it took FOREVER to get our food and the dessert... I think it was forgotten I had to have it put in a to go container and basically didn't get to it. I wouldn't pay for the $46 3 course meal again and we definitely did not go back the rest of the time. We did go to the bar side the last night we were there, and the service was excellent, server was very friendly and the cheesecake was delicious. One of the best was the valet service. They were friendly, very accommodating and always smiling and happy. They were a joy to see every day. Helpful and courteous."
