「Check in took a total of over an hour. Our first room received a bad key, drove back around to the office to be told “there’s been a problem today with these doors”. Gives us a new room, takes my husband to the door to make sure the key works and they walk in on another guest sleeping. 3rd room filthy. Needless today we slept two hours and left. 」

「I have been staying at this establishment for a couple of years now. Over the last year I have been seeing a decline in the building structure itself. Which is a huge concern and disappointment. During this visit the entire wall that the beds were on had no electricity. I did call the front desk to inform them of this issue. She did offer to switch rooms for us. But truthfully this should not have been an issue. They should have known about the issue and not put someone in the room to...
